Faisal Patel meets Arvind Kejrival and admireds him for his ethical political skills

Faisal Patel, son of late Ahmed Patel, political advisor to Congress president Sonia Gandhi for decades seems to be finding another incredible secular political party, other than Congress to commence his fresh political innings with enthusiasm in the near future. Since his father’s sad demise months ago, Faisal Patel has never been given any weightage or preference by Congress party or its president Sonia Gandhi or Rahul Gandhi by accommodating him in any party position despite the hard fact that his father Ahmed Patel has been a loyal Congress man and Gandhi family loyalist in his capacity of advisor to Sonia Gandhi n the entire family during the thick and thin for at least three decades.

Despite the Gandhi family confronting various challenges and odds during the last decade n before while being in power at the centre and several states, Congress president’s political advisor Ahmed Patel has stood rock solid with the Gandhi family n Congress advising them incessantly for the good of the family and the party during its most critical times as an incredible trouble shooter and also the major fund generator.

If we see the past record of the Congress party, sons of the former Congress presidential candidate n Rajiv Gandhi’s political secretary Jitendra Prasad, Bhupinder Singh Hooda, former CM of Haryana and son of former union home minister Rajesh Pilot n another senior union minister Madhav Rao Scindia etc had been incredibly accommodated in Congress Party as members of parliament and even union ministers, but Faisal Patel, son of Ahmed Patel who never opted to be union minister in Congress government despite several offers had never been obliged after the former’s demise.

Political observers predict that it was this negligence on the part of the Congress high command Sonia, Rahul and Priyanka Gandhi that Faisal Patel was on Saturday constrained to meet the chief minister of Delhi and national convenor of Aam Admi Party Arvind Kejrival in jubilant mode appreciating him for his pro people policies and able governance in Delhi. In a tweet after meeting the Delhi chief minister Arvind Kejrival, late Ahmed Patel’s son said : Proud to finally meet our Delhi CM Shri @Arvind Kejrivalji ! As a Delhi resident, I am an ardent admirer of his work ethics and leadership skills. Discussed Artificial impact on humanity n the current political affairs in the country tweeted Faisal Patel alongwith his photo with Arvind Kejrival.

It’s a hard fact that Congress and AAP though ideologically almost similar had been always opposing each other, never coming to terms despite the hard fact that both the parties have BJP as their common political enemy number one. Therefore Faisal Patel’s personal meeting with AAP’s national convenor n Delhi CM send an adverse message to the Congress high command.

It may be recalled that the Gujarat Assembly elections are due for next year and AAM Admi Party has done fanatically well in the recent municipal elections in Gujarat winning on 27 seats keeping Congress far behind. The AAM Admi Party is desperately in search of a capable political young leader to lead in Gujarat elections in the days to come, keeping eye on Hardhik Patel as well apart from Faisal Patel. The Congress high command has till date given no preference or weitage to Faisal Patel despite his father’s ( Ahmed Patel’s) unstinting loyal to the party and Gandhi family since Rajiv Gandhi’s entering into active politics after the then prime minister Indira Gandhi’s diabolical assassination. It does that keeping in view the non interest exhibited by the Gandhi Family towards Faisal Patel, the latter might be looking for suitable political options to enter active politics and meeting AAP’s national convenor Arvind Kejrival, the former might be in desperate search of a relevant political party to start his fresh political innings as a future leader of Gujarat or the country depending on the future chances.
