The mastermind of cheating scam of Uttarakhand Hakam Singh Rawat has high connections ?
The arrest of the district Punchayat member of Uttarakashi, member of BJP, the biggest master mind Hakam Singh Rawat who is responsible for mass level cheating and subsequent arbitrary appointments of undeserving candidates in Government jobs through Uttarakhand Subordinate Services Selection Commission has raised several serious questions about his God fathers in this clandestine arbitrary scam especially when his pictures are being displayed in social media with several important political dignitaries smiling while posing for photographs with him. Several pictures of this mass scale cheating and education mafia are being posted in news papers and social media with headline news, thus allegedly pointing fingers towards some politicians giving him the necessary patronage. He is seen with former UK CM, minister Dhan Singh Rawat, Subodh Uniyal, forest minister, being felicitated by union state defence minister Mr Bhatt and appointed by Rashtriya Sanathan Sabha.
Culprits Hakam Singh Rawat’s pictures with the former Uttarakhand chief minister Trivendra Singh Rawat, minister of cabinet rank Dhan Singh Rawat, union state defence minister Bhatt and senior bureaucrats definitely lowers the reputation and image of the ruling political dispensation of the state and unambiguously explain about his connections with the state government high ups.
However, this is also a fact that such type of unwanted elements with suspicious image go to politicians and senior bureaucrats during public functions and get themselves posed for photographs and when caught discredit the image of politicians n senior government officers. It is always not necessary that those in pictures with these suspicious elements are party to their fishy trade but needs to be probed if necessary as the culprit was not only a Punchayat member of Uttarakashi but a BJP member as well who has now been expelled for six years from the party by state president Mahendra Bhatt.
According to various news reports Hakam Singh Rawat , jila Punchayat Sadasya of Uttarkashi is an old trained person for organising cheating centres and arranging solved question and answer papers through his solid contacts at top level and getting the cheating done on big scale against taking lakhs of Rupees from the candidates.
According to news reports he had opened a cheating centre arbitrarily at a village in Bijnaur district. He used to ferry the candidates to this room and give them the solved paper which was copied here by the applicants against huge money.
The police had registered an FIR in Mangalore police station after the complaint of the leak of the UKSSSC paper was made and the news published in all newspapers n highlighted by news channels.
This exam was for junior Assistant posts. However, this matter was closed after some time under the pretext that no evidence could be found during investigation. A final report was furnished n matter closed.
However, after the matter was raised in the media and genuine affected students created hue and cry including submission of memorandum n protest demonstrations by UKD n other political parties, an STF was asked to probe this matter.
The mafia behind this cheating Jila Punchayat member, Uttarkashi, Hakam Singh Rawat and his associates were so clever that instead of selecting a cheating centre in Uttarakhand they preferred to open it in Nagina, Bijnaur, Uttar Pradesh thinking that here they won’t be trapped and even if caught would be acquitted in view of this territory being in UP which has nothing to do with Uttarakhand cheating affair. But efficient STF finally caught him and sent him behind bars.
According to “Jago Uttarakhand news “, this house in Nagina area , in a village was hired by Hakam Singh Rawat in which twenty candidates were helped in cheating and the trend was to continue.
Few days ago, as per the investigation carried out by “, Jago Uttarakhand”, team – in the ANM recruitment of Chikitsa Chayan Aayog, a BJP leader Madhu Joshi, and another leader of Uttarkashi had allegedly collected 50000 rupees each from about 600 applicants to allegedly give it to the high ups. This charge has been published in a front page Jago Uttarakhand report, a news paper published from Pauri and Dehradun simultaneously. Meanwhile, Santosh Badooni, Secretary UKSSSC, and Surendra Singh Rawat, Joint Secretary has been relieved of their responsibilities of the Commission. So far about 17 persons have been arrested connected with this scam.
