Controversy created at DAV College Dehradun after a singer from Haryana allegedly uses unparliamentary language, seeks apologies thereafter

Time has changed now and social media has even accorded recognition to singers who allegedly use unparliamentary languages in their songs and acknowledge tremendous praise from the audience.
The choice of the audience has changed phenomenally and the organisers of the educational institutions invite them as celebrity singers in Uttarakhand where there is no dearth of folk singers, dancers and outstanding performers. And what is more adventurous and fascinating is the fact that even our honourable VIPs attend these functions and bless such singers.
The scene yesterday at the function of DAV where Haryana singer Maasoom Sharma performed literally turned into a mess sending across a message of disharmony and denigration of the prestige of DAV institution which once used to be the centre of educational excellence.
According to various reports the renowned Haryanvi Singh Masoom Sharma had yesterday while performing, again used abusive language in harsh tone though today he sought public apology in social media posting his video.
When this awkward incident happened , the CM and the Khanpur high profile lawmaker was also present, listening and watching to what was taking place.
On the invitation this singer had reached DAV College, Dehradun to perform his favourite songs.
He uttered from the stage in loud voice that a man from Haryana has come here to kill him. He added : I catagorically told him that I am performing in Dehradun. If you are so gutsy then come to Dehradun – leaving Haryana and fix a time. In between he became so enraged that he started using unparliamentary language ( abused in open public glare from the stage , over the mike).
Even the chief minister Uttarakhand Pushkar Singh Dhami, Khanpur Lawmaker Umesh Kumar was present on this ocassion.
Even the Lawmaker Umesh Kumar was seen standing with him saying that we are more than a government and let me see who has the guts to fire bullet at Masoom. He challenfed the person who threatened Masoom Sharma.
Masoom didn’t named the Goonda he uttered from the stage threatening him. Masoom while seeking apologies in the video released in social media said that the person phoned his cousin in America and informed him about the threat . That’ s why he was enraged and used the unparliamentary language on the stage out of enragement unintentionally for which he apologises. He said that he and friends in Dehradun couldn’t sleep the whole night. He said that the gangster had come to Dehradun and wanted to enter the hotel but wasn’t allowed entry. After his statement to Dainik Bhaskar he had come there with other pistol carrying gangsters said Masoom.

This controversy and threatening is related to a dispute that took place on 18 th February, in a function of the 25 TH anniversary of his ” BEHNOI” in Jind Haryana where he had said some harsh words to a Sarpanch saying such seventy sarpanchs roam around. This sparked the controversy.
In social media there are lots of posts condemning this incident questioning what was the need to invite such GALIBAAZ SINGERS when we have hundreds of eminent singers and outstanding performers in Uttarakhand itself ?
