After losing the Delhi elections at the hands of the saffron party and former Delhi CM Arvind Kejrival and former deputy CM Manish Sisodia and other senior leaders including Sanjay Singh MP going scot free from the liquor bribe scandal and the new excise policy related case, a new controversy has erupted in Aam Admi Party after the AAP high command has taken away the status of deputy leadership from the Rajya Sabha MP Raghav Chadha and writing to the parliament secretariat not to allot him the necessary time to speak from the side of AAP in Rajya Sabha.
Raghav Chadha is the Rajya Sabha MP from Aam Admi Party from Punjab elevated by Arvind Kejrival from MLA of Rajendra Nagar constituency , New Delhi to the MP of upper house from Punjab.
Raghav Chadha, Rajya Sabha MP married to known actress Parineeta Chopra was extremely vociferous in the Rajya Sabha and have been raising people centric issues concerning the middle class acknowledging compliments from the people.
Today he was demoralised after he was devoid of the deputy leader’s post of Rajya Sabha representing AAP feeling insulted.
After this treatment extremely hurt chartered accountant turned RS MP Raghav Chadha posted a video recorded outside the parliament House precincts and released it in social media in a composed tone and tenor saying that his silence may not be termed as his defeat as he is that river which if angered will turn into a disaster creating havoc.
Expressing his anger and disenchantment against the AAP leadership he said : Whenever I get the opportunity to speak, I spoke on issues of people’s concern and national significance . Is it a crime to raise or speak on public interest issues. Have I done something wrong, committed a crime ? I am asking this question today because the Aam Admi Party has issued instructions to the parliament secretariat to impose restrictions on Raghav Chadda’s utterances in Parliament. Now the question is why would anyone prohibit him from speaking in parliament. Whenever I talk about the general public ( Aam Admi ) of the nation, I always talked about expensive and non quality food in the Airport, about Blinkit riders’ grievances, raised the issue of adulteration in food items, spoke on the loot of toll plaza and banks, raised issues related to tax in the middle class , grievances of content creators, telecom companies harassing the customers and exploiting them monetarily etc etc etc.
I raised these entire public centric issues in parliament.
These issue helped the Common men of the country but what benefit did the AAP derived from these issues, he asked ?
Now the point is who would and why stifle my voice ? You the countrymen have always supported me, lauded and appreciated my efforts in parliament. I want to thank you. Please continue to support and give your blessings to me. Keep holding my hand and never give up. You are my strength and those people who have suffocated my voice in parliament, I want to say something to them as well. Please don’t consider my silence as my defeat. I am that river that creates havoc when goes out of Control bringing disaster said Raghav Chadha MP in a video released in social media after his insult by the AAP high command.
After this video all the senior party leaders like Sanjay Singh, MP, former CM Delhi Atishi Marlena , Saurabh Bharadwaj, firner minister and presently Delhi AAP chief , MLA Kuldeep Kumar, etc came out in the open highly critical of Raghav Chadda blaming him to be in London under the guise of treatment of eyes when Kejrival, Sanjay Singh , Manish Sisodia etc were behind bars. They blamed him for being afraid of Nodiji and not raising any issue that is against the BJP. He has been charged by these leaders for always keeping away and never questioning the Modi government on national issues as he is afraid of them. These leaders said Arvind Kejrival has taught us to fight with BJP and its leaders seeing them eye to eye and never afraid prefering going to jail than favouring compromise. There accused Raghave Chadha of not signing the impeachment motion brought against the central government as he is afraid of the BJP said these AAP leaders.
