Dushyant Gautam files a defamation civil suit against Congress, AAP leaders, 30 channels, you tubers, X handles and instagram account holders

While on the one hand there have been hundreds of protests in various parts of Uttarakhand after the revelation of the name of a VIP naming a national office bearer of the saffron party as alleged VIP revealed by Urmila , an actress leaking an audio clip, the affected party , national general secretary of Bhartiya Janata Party Dushyant Gautam has today filed a petition of defamation in Delhi High Court demanding Rs. Two crores for damaging his reputation and image by spreading baseless, biased and fictitious charges through social media, print and electronics media , instagram and twitter.

Dushyant Gautam who has allegedly been named as VIP by Suresh Kumar former MLA in a conversation with his wife few months ago on mobile and thereafter leaked it on social media – creating quite a sensation and furore in Uttarakhand’s political and media circles has filed the case / defamation suite in adition to the selective media and social media users against Urmila Sonawar, actress,Suresh Rathore, ex MLA, Congress via Mallikarjun Kharge, Uttarakhand Congress via Ganesh Godiyal state president, Ganesh Godiyal president, Uttarakhand Congress, Aam Admi Party via Arvind Kejriwal former Delhi CM, Alok Sharma Congres party’s panelist etc.

The complaint also mentions over 30 pieces of digital evidence, including video transcripts, screen shots and social media posts, especially case against Urmila Sanawar and Suresh Rathore, ex. MLA , ( now expelled from BJP, along with the suspicion of the A1 being a generated/deepfake with regard to the SIT investigation.

The petitioner catagorically said that his political, social, public and personal reputation has been badly denigrated by accusing him as a VIP in social media, digital media, instagram, facebook, and X platforms by above persons, parties, social media posts, videos and audios etc.

The petition mentions the step wise details of the case and how the above parties have in a planned fashion denigrated his Political, Social, public and personal reputation accusing him as VIP on fake, baseless, biased and fictitious grounds.

He demanded that all these posts, denigrating material, pictures audios, videos be withdrawn forthwith from social media, digital media , instagram and X handles and directions issued notices to use his name again as VIP.

He also demanded the defamatory amount of Rs. Two Crores for damaging his image publicly A court fee of ₹1,97,613 has been deposited on this basis to the high Court by him.
