CHAMPAI SOREN WINS VOTE OF CONFIDENCE. HEMANT SOREN DARES IF FOUND GUILTY, WILL QUIT POLITICS

The newly elected leader of the JMM after the previous CM Hemant Soren was arrested by the Enforcement Directorate in a money laundering case pertaining to illegal conversion of government ( Army) land to private and then selling it to builders, 67 years old MLA and former transport minister Champai Soren has won the vote of confidence in the state assembly after 47 lawmakers voted in favour of JMM and the new CM.

Those who voted in favour of Champai Soren and his government were the lawmakers from JMM, Congress, CPI ( ML) and RJD who came in a chartered bus to the state assembly. Earlier they were send to Hyderabad to keep them safe and secure fearing horse trading by the ruling political dispensation at the centre.

The former chief minister of Jharkhand was present in the assembly who got permission from the PMLA court to participate in the voting and assembly proceedings.

The former chief minister Hemant Soren spoke at length on this occasion and dared the BJP government saying that he will quit politics forever if found guilty of any charge.

Criticizing the BJP led NDA government for sending him to jail on false and baseless charges former CM Hemant Soren said that the conspiratorial script to arrest him was being written since 2022 in which the state governor house was also involved.

I won’t cry on this ongoing victimisation as there is no value of the tears of the deprived, underprivileged and the have nots said Soren.

We haven’t learnt to walk bowing down our heads. The Dalits, backwards, down trodden, deprived classes, minorities and the have nots are being badly mistreated , harassed and victimised not feeling secured in the country said the former CM Hemant Soren while speaking in the assembly.

He categorically said that a new black chapter has been added to the history of Jharkhand on 31st January adding that I have never seen any chief minister being arrested in such a way earlier with the connivance of the Governor’s House.

Released temporarily to participate in the State assembly proceedings from the clutches of ED with the court’s permission, Hemant Soren symbolised the present political dispensation at the centre with hatred saying further that if we come on their level there will be dirt everywhere.

They think that by putting me in jail their ” I’ll conceived notions “MANSUBAAS” will be fulfilled.

Accusing the BJP led NDA government indirectly, former CM Soren said that the Dalits and tribals of this state and the country have given lot of sacrifices enabling India’s freedom and we have always fought for their rights and never longed for power and positions. I challenge that if any charge is proved against me I will quit politics said Hemant Soren.

The newly elected chief minister Champai Soren who had been the most trusted politician of Jharkhand’s former CM Shibhu Soren and his son Hemant Soren said that this is Jharkhand from where unaccounted number of Tribals and Dalits from different parts of the state have given sacrifices.

Accusing the CBI, ED, IT for harassing and victimizing the former CM he said that these agencies should have been the symbol of transparency and wisdom orientation but instead of bringing back the multi millionaires having run away in foreign countries clandestinely and illegally with thousand of crores of rupees, they are victimising Hemant Soren and opposition leaders.

He challenged them if they have guts they should show and prove whether the 8.5 acres of land is in the name of Heman Soren? He too said if it is proved I will also resign from politics.

The former CM Soren too has challenged the authorities to prove if the 8.5 acres of land in question is in his name. If proved so I will resign from active politics said Soren. They are worried that I travel by air and BMW said Soren.

It may be recalled that few days, ago there was a raid of ED at the Shanti Niketan house of Soren in New Delhi and R’s 36 lakhs in cash and documents of two BMWs were found during the search by ED. He was arrested the other day in the evening at Ranchi where he had gone via car from Delhi skipping his arrest there sensing the ED’s raids.
