25 YEAR OLD BIKER Kamal Dhyani plunged in a deep pit at Janakpuri and dies. Pit Dug by Delhi Jal Board

After the heart wrenching tragic news of a young engineer losing his precious life due to negligence of authorities in Noida few days ago another shocking death of a young Banker working in HDFC Bank in Rohini by falling in a pit, merely twenty five years old has been witnessed sending shock waves all around with his video and pictures n news going viral in social media.

The deep pit was dug by the Delhi Jal Board and there was no wall or sign board indication – including anyone guarding the area to inform the passers by to about the route or be over careful while commuting on this road.

According to the latest news, the 25 years old biker in Jacket and gloves wearing the helmet died immediately after his bike with him as rider plunged into the deep ditch.

In the pictures that have gone viral in social media the dead body of the young boy in helmet and jacket, black in colour with gloves is seen with the APACHE RTR bike 200 at the bottom of the pit.

This tragic incident occured in Wednesday evening hours whe Kamal Dhyani originally from Pauri Garhwal, Uttarakhand was heading back to home and had also informed the twin brothers about his reaching home within ten minutes. But he never knew about the deadly fate awaiting him.

According to the NDTV news the family of the victim has alleged that the man could not be reached after he informed them that he was in the Janakpuri district centre area. The family claimed that when they tried to reach him, his phone was reportedly switched off. Searching for him, the family claimed that they visited dozens of police stations.
The police reportedly shared the last known location details of the victim with the family, but the man could not be found. Hours later, the family was informed that his body had been found.

“In view of today’s incident in Janakpuri, a circular has been issued. The concerned District Magistrate, SDM Joint Commissioner of Police (Traffic), Deputy Commissioner of Police, senior officers from the Public Works Department (PWD), and other senior officials will jointly inspect the site tomorrow and issue necessary directions for appropriate action,” the Delhi government said in a statement.

Meanwhile the former Delhi CM and national convenor of AAP Arvind Kejrival termed this as a murder. He wrote on X : This isn’t an accident, but a murder.

The BJP hasn’t learned anything from the Noida incident. Gross negligence and irresponsibility have now become the hallmark of BJP governments, and the common public is suffering the consequences. May God give strength to the family who lost their child due to the negligence of the government said Arvind Kejrival.

The former minister in Delhi government Saurav Bharadwaj has strongly criticized the Delhi government and held it responsible for this death of a young boy. He wrote on X : An innocent biker fell into a deep pothole, remained trapped overnight, and died.

The BJP government in Delhi has learned nothing from the Noida incident. They simply lie every day said Saurabh Bharadwaj.
The former chief minister of Uttarakhand Harish Rawat has on his X why paying his deepest condolences wrote on X:

The news of the sudden demise of Shri Kamal Dhyani, a resident of Pauri district (Uttarakhand), after falling into an open pit on the road in Delhi, is extremely sad and heartbreaking.
This appears to be not just an accident, but the result of administrative negligence and insensitivity on the part of the system. I express my deepest condolences to the bereaved family.
May God grant the departed soul a place in His feet and give strength to his family to bear this immense sorrow.
