VIDEO OF Finance MINISTER OF UTTARAKHAND THRASHING A PERSON IN RISHIKESH ALONG WITH HIS SECURITY PERSONNEL GOES VIRAL IN SOCIAL MEDIA !
A video has gone viral in social media this morning showing a former speaker and currently a cabinet minister of Uttarakhand Prem Chandra Aggrawal and his security personnel literally punching and beating two persons, one of them being Surendra Singh Negi of Rishikesh in between the busy road leading to chaos and traffic jam.
Apart from security personal and the minister, a man in yellow shirt is also seen joining the minister and his body guards hitting the victim with physical blows with minister Prem Chandra Aggrawal too busy punching the victim.
According to latest news the minister Prem Chandra Aggrawal, a former speaker of Uttarakhand Assembly had some altercation with a resident of Rishikesh namely Surendra Singh Negi.
As the argument progressed the security personnel were seen hitting the victim repeatedly and the minister too joining them hitting Negi repeatedly later on joined by some more persons, one in yellow shirt who gets down from his black car and starts hitting the victim with the minister and others.
Some passerby who saw this fisticuffs lost no opportunity to capture the entire episode in his mobile finally making it viral.
There have been tremendous negative comments pouring in in social media with people castigating the minister for stooping so low to repeatedly punch a person belonging to his own constituency , having no patience at all, despite Aggrawal holding a cabinet rank and also been a former speaker if state assembly.
It may recalled that the name of Prem Chandra Aggrawal had also appeared in arbitrary appointments of his son and daughter in law apart from other candidates known to him personally at Uttarakhand Assembly secretariat.
This video of a finance minister and former speaker literally thrashing a man of Rishikesh, his own assembly constituency has send across a very wrong message inviting criticism from cross section of people and leaders of various political parties with BJP state government in a tizzy.
Meanwhile, two vice presidents of Uttarakhand Congress Surya Kant Dhasmana and Dhirendra Pratap have strongly condemned the shameful action of the cabinet minister of UK Prem Chand Agrawal thrashing a man with security guards who had come to him with his plea. However, the minister has accused the man Surendra Singh Negi as a black mailer having attacked him n his security and also tearing his pickers and test of the Gunners. Both Congress leaders accused Agrawal and other BJP ministers n leaders of the state in intoxication of power and victimising people of the state by their muscle power. They catagorically demanded termination of the services of the minister from council of ministers with immediate effect.
