CONGRESS SPOKESMAN Pawan Khera says 16 lakh “Ichchadhari” (Wishful) votes polled in the last one hour in Gujarat

After Congress party’s worst defeat in Gujarat assembly elections winning only 17 seats, 60 seats less that the previous tally of 77 in 2017 and its vote percentage too going down abruptly to 27.3% from 41, its vociferous spokesman Pawan Khera is leaving no stone unturned to castigate the BJP and its top leadership for having started a new model of “ICHCHADHARI VOTES”, in Gujarat obviously accusing the ruling party for misusing its power n position and winning the election beating 37 year old Congress record getting 156 seats.

It may be recalled that the saffron party in Gujarat has registered a historic victory breaking all previous records gaining 156 seats out of total 182, this time.

The Congress party was till now the highest number of seats winning party but that record has now been broken.

The prime minister Narendra Modi and union home minister addressed more than 31 largely public meetings and good number of road shows finally winning Gujarat with a thumping majority for another five years likely to break another record of Bengal where CPM govt and highly popular CM Jyoti Basu ruled for 34 protracted years.

Blaming the ruling party for excessive vote polling in the last hour of the second polling Congress spokesman Pawan Khera said that from 5 to 6 PM over 16 lakh votes were polled in Gujarat which according to him is the model of ICHCHADHARI votes as there wasn’t any hectic polling by voters presence, nor any stampede like situation which could have happened – had there been actual voting by the physical presence of voters outside polling station.

Citing an example of Ravpura constituency, Pawan Khera, said that till 5.00 PM, 51% votes were polled here and and in an hour from 5 to 6 PM the percentage went up to 57.5.

How is it possible he asked when voters were not coming out to poll.

According to Congress leader Pawan Khera under Ravpura there are 281 booths. In just one hour’s time 16000 votes were cast here with no voters, not much activity.

If we calculate this – it clearly means 57 votes were polled in just one minute. This is neigh to impossible he said. He further said if we take the case of VV Pads comparing with voting machines then in one case it was found that a, party got 7 votes but in V VPad the slips came out showing votes polled by 21 times. There is no need to tell you as to which party got these votes pointing towards the BJP said Pawan Khera ridiculing it.

Giving one of the instances of a local election in Gujarat, Pawan Khera said there was a booth namely Dholka where total 624 votes were polled but during counting it was revealed that actually 2073 votes were polled.

What does this indicate asked Pawan Khera. This unambiguously indicates that a new model called ICHCHADHARI VOTES is arriving now.

Whenever, Sahib allegedly desires so these votes in bulk appear. Now there is no need for electorates to stand in long queues, nor voting machines required. At least journalists are not required at any cost said Pawan Khera.

The saffron party already want an opposition Mukt bharat, Lok Tantra Just Bharat added Pawan Khera castigating the ruling party BJP.

Congress spokesman was very particular about the massive voting during the last one hour in Gujarat especially in Vadodara and Ahmedabad regions trying to make his point saying that in casting one vote about one second is spent but in Gujarat it took 45 seconds for a single vote to be polled.

This, way there would have been extremely big crowd snd even stampede like situation but nothing happened during the last one hour from 5 to 6 PM but vote percentage suddenly went up by 6.5% from fifty to 57 % in the last hour in some constituencies even going up by 11.5% N 10.2% in some Vadodara seats which is beyond understanding said Khera.

Ravpura – 281 booths, here in one hour , here in one hour 16000 vote cast, meaning 57 votes polled in just one minute. You calculate, how is it possible, nor there was any line nor, Afraid tafri ( commotion) but these 16000 votes were polled. Similarly if we take the case of VV Pads comparison in some machines.
