The joining of the Delhi Congress heavyweight Mahabal Mishra, former MP and thrice MLA from Dwarka Delhi during the tenure of Sheila, Dikshit, his Godmother and all in all from 1998 to 2014,Mahabal Mishra originally hails from Bihar having started his political career from grass roots and joined active politics in 1997 won for the first time as councillor from Dabri Ward, thereafter becoming MLA from Dwarka thrice from 1998 onwards and one term Lok Sabha MP on Congress ticket.
