Today there is big shocking news from Chamoli. Here 15 people had died due to electrocution while some people are said to be serious. According to the information, the sub-inspector and 3 home guards have also died due to electrocution. These police personnel had gone to rescue the electrocuted but themselves became the deadly victims. It is being told that 1 person had died yesterday, a crowd gathered on the spot in the morning to see him, during ISRO, there was another electrocution and 14 people lost their lives due to which the death toll increased to 15. The surprising thing is that the current started from only one place. At present, 20 people have got scorched due to electrocution. Efforts are being made to provide better treatment to the injured.
It is being told that the accident happened in the sewer treatment plant being built under the Namami Gange project. At present, the investigation of the entire incident is going on. CM Dhami has expressed grief over the incident and ordered a magisterial inquiry.
According to confirmed news this massive tragedy happened after a transformer exploded on the banks of the Alaknanda river in Chamoli district of Uttarakhand on Wednesday. This tragedy happened at Namame Gange project site .
