Road accident- car crashed, husband and daughter along with nursing officer died

A car met with an accident and fell into a deep gorge near Chacharoti located in Syalde block and Bhikiyasain tehsil of Almora district. According to the information received, Shashi Saini (Nursing Officer, Community Health Center Deghat District Almora, native of Roorkee) along with her husband Mahendra Saini and children were coming back to Deghat in their personal car after completion of holidays when their car was found near Chacharoti. She lost control and fell into a deep ditch.

This incident is said to have happened yesterday around 6 pm. Information about the incident came late at night, after which information was also given to the Nursing Officer’s department. In this accident, the nursing officer, her husband and a daughter died, while a son is safe.
According to the information, police and SDRF team reached the spot after getting information about this incident. Everyone was rescued in which three people died. Shashi Saini Nursing Officer, who is a resident of Roorkee, was posted here in Deghat on appointment in the month of January this year.

It is being told that there were 04 members of the same family in Centro car number (UK 08 U 6028), who were going from Roorkee towards Deghat. In the incident, three (01 man, 01 woman and 1 girl) died on the spot and the remaining children are injured. The team reached the spot and conducted a rescue operation and sent the injured child to the hospital and the three bodies were taken out of the ditch and handed over to the district police.

The deceased are residents of Civil Lines Roorkee-Delhi Road Mohanpura, Haridwar, whose names include Munendra Singh son of Ishwar Singh, Shashi Saini wife of Munendra Singh, Aditi aged 9 years, daughter of Munendra Singh, and Arnav age 11 years son of Munendra Singh is seriously injured.

अल्मोड़ा जिले के स्याल्दे ब्लॉक और भिकियासैंण तहसील में स्थित चचरोटी के पास एक कार दुर्घटनाग्रस्त होकर गहरी खाई में गिर गई। मिली जानकारी के अनुसार शशि सैनी (नर्सिंग अधिकारी, सामुदायिक स्वास्थ्य केंद्र देघाट जनपद अल्मोड़ा, मूल निवासी रुडकी) अपने पति महेन्द्र सैनी व बच्चों के साथ अवकाश पूरे होने पर वापस देघाट के लिये अपनी निजी कार से आ रहें थे तभी चचरोटी के पास उनकी कार अनियंत्रित होकर गहरी खाई में गिर गई। यह घटना बीते रोज शाम 6 बजे के आसपास की बताई जा रही है। घटना की जानकारी देर रात को लगी जिसके बाद नर्सिंग अधिकारी के विभाग में भी जानकारी दी गई। इस हादसे में नर्सिंग अधिकारी, उनके पति व एक बेटी की मृत्यु हो गई,वहीं एक बेटा सकुशल है।

जानकारी के अनुसार इस घटना की जानकारी पर पुलिस व एसडीआरएफ की टीम पंहुची। सभी का रेस्क्यू किया गया जिसमें तीन लोगों की मृत्यु हो गई है। शशि सैनी नर्सिंग अधिकारी जो रूड़की की निवासी है वह इस साल जनवरी माह में नियुक्ति पर यहां देघाट में तैनात हुई थी।

बताया जा रहा है कि सेंट्रो कार संख्या (UK 08 U 6028) में एक ही परिवार के 04 सदस्य सवार थे, जो रुड़की से देघाट की ओर जा रहे थे। घटना में तीन (01 पुरुष, 01 महिला 01 बालिका) की मौके पर मृत्यु हो गई एवं अन्य शेष बालक घायल हैं। टीम ने मौके पर पहुँचकर रेस्क्यू अभियान चलाते हुए घायल बच्चे को अस्पताल भिजवाया एवं तीनों शवो को खाई से निकालकर जिला पुलिस के सुपर्द किया गया।

मृतक हरिद्वार के सिविल लाइन रुड़की-दिल्ली रोड मोहनपुरा के रहने वाले हैं, जिनके नाम मुनेंद्र सिंह पुत्र ईश्वर सिंह, शशि सैनी पत्नी मुनेंद्र सिंह, अदिति उम्र 9 वर्ष पुत्री मुनेंद्र सिंह शामिल हैं, और अर्णव उम्र 11 वर्ष पुत्र मुनेंद्र सिंह गंभीर रूप से घायल है।
